Trip to El Penon de Guatape from Medellin Feb., 2020
We left for El Penon de Guatape or The rock of Guatape for our adventerous one day bus trip. There were beautiful vegetable farms on rolling green hills with cows, chickens and horses wandering around freely all around. Boat Cruising, Laguna de Guatape We enjoyed 1 hour boat cruise on Lake Guatape, checking the beaches and beautiful houses. We also saw Pablo Escobar's burnt house that was bombed by the Cali Cartel in the 90's.
